Stephen is responsible for leading the board, strategic development and thought leadership at TSIP. He also leads our business development function.
Zoe has recently been responsible for establishing and promoting leadership development programmes tailored for Ministers and other senior policy makers in the UK.
Neil is a Director of WCL and The Statistics Partnership. He has more than 20 years' experience in advisory, private sector delivery, and government bodies- including more than 12 years in senior management roles.
François Moscovici is an executive coach and a strategy consultant who for 20 years has identified and addressed the practical implications of ‘the next big thing’ on industries and companies.
Sophie is the Deputy Executive Director of UNICEF where she leads the Communication, Advocacy and Programs departments, driving change to have the greatest possible impact.
Nicholas is a lawyer with substantial leadership experience in the development sector, working in the UK, the US and South Africa.
Scott has nearly 20 years professional global consulting experience advising on corporate sustainability, public/government affairs, innovation/design/systems thinking, research, and strategic communications related projects for corporates, consultancies, NGOs, Governments, think-tanks/academia.
Director of People and Operations
Richard leads our HR function, ensures our internal systems run smoothly and oversees the management of the organisation day-to-day.
Director of Finance
Alex oversees the finance function of TSIP, making sure that the business' strategy and operations are financially sustainable. He helps the business to define and track its KPI's, while advising the Board of Directors and senior leadership team on the business' outlook
Director of Development
Fancy is Director of Development at TSIP leading and overseeing work on partnerships, sales and communications. Fancy brings over 15 years experience in business development, fundraising, philanthropy, strategy, policy, social innovation, youth and refugee work.
Head of Delivery and Impact
Genevieve oversees delivery across TSIP’s service offering. She ensures that social impact remains at the heart of what we do, providing quality assurance and oversight across our projects.
At TSIP, Marion works across a range of projects primarily supporting charities to act on and understand their impact and programme effectiveness. She has extensive experience working with social entrepreneurs to help them achieve their vision and drive positive changes.
Jonathan leads and supports a range of projects relating to the strategic use of evidence for social issues including education, employment and wellbeing. He is also part of a multi-partner effort to set up a Civic Innovation Hub in Hackney, bringing together residents, social entrepreneurs and local authority teams in a new way to provide support and services to the community.
Tyler works across a range of TSIP’s projects and has expertise spanning organisational development, strategic consulting and frontline service delivery.
Christina joined TSIP in Spring 2018 to pursue a longstanding interest and involvement in social purpose work, after completing a DPhil in Experimental Psychology with the Oxford Centre for the Study of Intergroup Conflict at the University of Oxford, studying inter-ethnic friendships in diverse UK schools, and the reduction of prejudice.
Keisha joined TSIP at the start of 2019 after completing her undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Cambridge. During her studies, she took a particular interest in The Economics of Developing Countries and poverty reduction which motivated her to pursue social change work with TSIP.
Operations & Finance Manager
Umin manages TSIP’s day-to-day operations, as well as PA support to our Chief Executive. This includes overseeing TSIP’s relationships with external suppliers, maintaining internal businesses processes and systems, including financing. She also provides support to our senior leadership team, and assists TSIP’s consultants, analysts and other staff members to deliver the best possible work for clients.

Sarah heads TSIP’s partnership project with UnLtd – the Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs, focused on promoting lived expertise within social sector leadership.
Karis works across a range of TSIP projects, leading Community Engagement thus bringing a humanistic approach to the consultation process. She is currently consulting on the design process for a Citizen Led Fund for Guys St Thomas Charity.
Ralf recently joined TSIP as an associate to support various projects with his insight into design processes and entrepreneurship.
Lord Adebowale is the Chief Executive of Turning Point, a social enterprise focused on improving lives and communities. He is Co-Chair of the Black and Minority Ethnic Mental Health National Steering Group and is a member of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs. He is a patron of Rich Mix, of Tomorrow's Project and of the National College for School Leadership.
Reuben is a social entrepreneur and strategy professional with experience working across private, public and third-sectors. Reuben was previously Chief Executive of TSIP and now acts as an advisor and senior associate.
Peter is a previous director of TSIP, responsible for setting the strategic operational direction and overseeing many of our client projects. He is also a Trustee of Khulisa, a criminal justice charity, and volunteers as a youth mentor and school governor.
Amy was The Social Innovation Partnership's Programme Manager for Project Oracle through its formative years.
Amy has over a decade of experience in community and government relations, politics and public policy. Prior to joining the Social Innovation Partnership, she served as Director in the Division of Community Relations and Diversity at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.
