Project Manager

’m a Project Manager at Renaisi, working across our place-based learning and evaluation partnerships to support communities, organisations and funders to navigate complexity and understand their impact in place.

I joined Renaisi in May 2024, bringing experience in co-production and participatory methods. Before this, I spent four years at the national anti-poverty charity Turn2us, where I led a co-produced programme focused on tackling gendered and child poverty in the Northeast. Working across three funding organisations and in partnership with community-based groups and local women with lived experience of the asylum and migrants systems, we developed and launched a new grant fund designed to meet the needs of those women and children disproportionately impacted.

I’m particularly interested in feminist leadership and bring a power lens to my work — always aiming to understand what communities need to drive transformational change. I care deeply about centring lived experience and creating safe, inclusive spaces where individual experiences are valued. I’m a trained Action Learning practitioner and approach projects with a strong focus on embedding reflective learning.

I hold an MA in Transnational Studies from University College London and a BA (International) in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds.

Outside of work, I’m learning pottery (slowly but surely), love cooking with friends, and try to spend as much time outside as possible.
