Flora joined Renaisi in June 2022. She is a Business Manager at Renaisi. She works across the organisation to strengthen the systems and processes that help teams do their best work – from supporting business development efforts, to maintaining compliance standards and driving continuous improvement.

Before joining Renaisi, she worked in corporate sector supporting internal audit, risk management, governance, and the development of efficient business systems.

In her free time. She finds joy in gardening as a way to unwind and feel connected to nature. She is a lifelong learner and currently learning Six Sigma.
