We are a diverse group of people who bring insight and expertise from our lived and learned experiences. We partner with organisations to understand and deepen their own social impact through consultancy and we also run our own Social Innovation Lab where communities find possibility and opportunity to lead and accelerate their own social change.
TSIP is a BCorp certified social enterprise that raises income through consultancy while also delivering non-profit community-led innovations.

Stephen Bediako OBE was a Founding Partner of The Social Innovation Partnership (TSIP) and played a central role in establishing its vision, values and early growth. He helped define TSIP’s mission to combine rigorous strategy, deep community insight and practical delivery to address complex social challenges, while building key cross-sector partnerships and securing early flagship commissions.
During his time at TSIP, Stephen led and shaped a number of the organisation’s formative programmes, including Project Oracle and the London Schools Excellence Fund, as well as strategic and delivery partnerships with Nesta, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation, YouthRex, UnLtd, the Greater London Authority, The National Lottery and the Cabinet Office. Across these engagements, he championed evidence-led practice, systems thinking and collaboration between government, philanthropy and frontline organisations.
His leadership combined entrepreneurial drive with a strong commitment to integrity, inclusion and long-term impact, helping to embed a values-led culture and lay the foundations for TSIP’s continued evolution. The organisation recognises with gratitude his founding contribution and the role he played in shaping its trajectory.
