Genevieve Laurier

Director of Delivery and Impact

Genevieve oversees delivery across TSIP’s service offering. She ensures that social impact remains at the heart of what we do, providing quality assurance and oversight across our projects.

In addition to her project work, Genevieve manages TSIP’s impact partnership with and our input into The Public Service Transformation Academy, including The Commissioning Academy.

Genevieve is particularly interested in work to support children and young people, to democratise policy and practice and diversify civil society leadership. Outside of the office, she volunteers as the Impact Lead for Springboard Youth Academy – a holistic education programme for newly arrived young refugees in the UK.

Genevieve joined TSIP from the University of East London Students’ Union, where she was responsible for increasing and supporting student engagement in social action. Before that she worked in project management, fundraising and the youth sector.

Genevieve has an MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, both from the University of Oxford.
